7:30 p.m. ~  BIG PICTURE ASSESSMENT of CALIFORNIA DROUGHTS SINCE 1976!  JASON PREECE, an Engineering Geologist with the California Dept. of Water Resources, will discuss recent droughts affecting the northern and central California water supplies. He'll also talk about several DWR projects that protect native fisheries and watersheds.
